North Carolina Classic Car Restoration - Welcome to Quarter Mile Muscle of Mooresville, North Carolina. Here at our large facility we handle full restorations and partial restorations of many different types of classic cars and trucks. From Chevy, Ford and MOPARS we do restore them all to the way you want to use them. Our facility does supply and install any Mechanical upgrades, Custom Paint and Metal Fabrication here on-site. We do offer transport of restoration projects to our facility if needed from anyplace in the USA.

 

 

North Carolina Classic Car Restoration - When it comes time to address your Classic Car's drivetrain we can help you there. From new Engine swaps, engine rebuilds, EFI to complete transmission upgrades. We do install new Tremec 5 and 6 speeds and Automatics with overdrives. If your classic needs updated or performance minded Suspension work we do supply and install them all here. Our Mechanical team does upgrade classic cars from manual brakes and steering to power disc brakes and power steering to help make your classic handle much easier. If your classic car needs a new wiring harness installed we do supply and install them in many of our projects. 

 

 

North Carolina Classic Car Restoration - When your classic car needs a new paint job, we have a great body shop! Our body guys and painters have many years of experience and all they do is classic car and trucks. We do take classics and take them down all the way to bare metal, if needed. Many of these classic cars have more than one paint job over the years and if your car has had a few it may be time to remove all that and start fresh. If your car has to be looking great for the car shows we do polish many of our custom paint jobs so that you have that deep wet look that is sure to impress the judges at the show. Our paint department does use the best paint products available for our projects. Our duel down draft paint booth helps ensure the cleanest paint jobs we can provide. We can match most factory paint codes with our paint mixing station and we are able to create custom colors as well if desired.

 

 

North Carolina Classic Car Restoration - If your classic car or truck needs new sheet metal installed like floor pans, trunk pans, quarter panels and roof panels etc we do install them here. We can also install mini tubs, roll cages or any custom metal work you are needing. We do mig and tig welding here and can form most anything in metal, if needed. If you are needing a four link rear suspension and need to have our metal guys weld it in we do handle this. 

 

 

North Carolina Classic Car Restoration - When your classic car needs that stinky old carpet, seats and headliner removed and replaced with fresh new upholstery we do this here everyday. While your old carpet is removed we suggest you go back in with an underlayment that helps reduce interior heat and noise, such as Dynamat. We do supply Dynamat and install it on floorboards, inside doors and in some cases on the bottom side of the roof panel. We do remove the old seat covers, seat foam and then recondition the seat frames. We also install new door panels, convertible tops and weather stripping if needed.
